   Comments: Human and property rights should be respected. Not because somebody has an ethnic origin is evil by itself. Of course, the Benes Decree which affected to millions of peple, thousands of them still alive, has to be lifted for what it means of discrimination. It is against European legislation and against any Western Constitution which recognise all men as individuals with equal rights.

   Comments: This is a long-overdue effort. The decrees are a remnant of post-war hysteria and hate, they need to be done away with and the German and Hungarian victims must get restitution for their losses and made whole.

   Comments: The Benes Decrees are racist and must be removed. The EU is hypocritical when it allows the Czech and Slovak republics to hold EU membership while their Governments actively discriminates against people of German and Hungarian ethnicity.

    Comments: These laws are a clear violation of human rights and the Czech Republic Government should be ashamed of themselves for their arrogance in denying the people of the Sudetenland their rightful heritage that spans centuries upon centuries of rich culture. This petition is long overdue.

    Comments: These degrees supported genocide. The treatment of the East European Germans is the greatest crime and greatest shame of the Allied Powers. Czech people who genuinely realize the crimes they committed against the Sudeten Germans and make amends (to the Sudeten Deutsch still alive and not murdered) and revoke these degrees.
