We have requested that Satterley look into the intended park for Benenden/Paisley link intersection. There are 9 houses on Paisley Link 7 of which have children ranging from the age 6 months - 14 years, on connecting streets there are also many children and the street behind us. We wrote to Satterley asking what their future plans were for the park asking if they could please build a park for all ages and possibly something to occupy the older children ie skate ramps. Satterley's response were there are no parks being built  and they will only be maintaining the area for 2 years - after that it will be handed over to the Wanneroo shire. We would need to wait 2 years and then take it up with the Shire. We have created this petition because we do not feel we should have to wait two years, or more, for a park for our children. Please sign this petition if you agree with me and would also like to request a playground at our local park. We want to create a healthy and active lifestyle for our children and future children.
