Comments: I think that it is wrong that someone can volenteer to put their life on the line for all of us and gets injured in process and all our military can do for him and his family is say sorry but you only get 30% while someone else gets injured on their own time and they get 100%. Sorry but that doesn't exactly add up to me.

Comments: Ask for a faster and efficient disability rating so Vets don/t die before they received any compensation. Improve co- pay determination for related medical condition and not leave to the discretion of pharmacist who have no clinical knowledge about diseases correlation.

Comments: Family Law lawyers, using the disguise of the Former Spouse Protection Act of 1982, have made a routine practice of lumping U.S. Military and Veterans Administration disability compensation into the definition of joint property in divorce cases - in DIRECT violation of the protection of said compensation by U.S. Code Title 38, Section 5301, The assault is compounded by divorce court judges who ignore the federal statute, in many cases stating, quote "I don't care what the federal government says, this is MY courtroom!" end quote. When this was brought to the attention of the U.S. Secretary of Veterans Affairs he basically brushed the assault aside, stating that the U.S. Congress had to take care of the matter, as he was not empowered to enforce the statute.
