Comments: Ben. Sometimes all a man has is his word. Honor that, and be a man. Walk the walk, talk is always cheap.

Comments: BTW, "one term is" long enough for you, Ben. As a matter of fact, that is all any office-holder should serve. Term-limits for all! And Ben, get a lozenge.

Comments: Ben Konop claims to want to be mayor because he perceives himself as an agent of change. What a pantload! Remember, Ben Konop is nothing more than Carty Finkbeiner Version 2.0.

Comments: Mr. Konop in my opinion signed a Pledge commiting himself to four years as a County Commissioner. Not sticking to his pledge clearly shows that he is a future career politician and really does not have the best wishes of the Toledo and surrounding communities in hand..

Comments: Ben: You and the rest of the commissioners as well as the Fink need to wake up to what Henry Davis Thorough had to say. "government never furthered any enterprise but by the alacrity with which it got out of the way."

Comments: Mr. Knopp, I disagree with you - there is nothing more important than your word. You signed two pledges. You need to live up to your pledge. If you are so willing to go against something you pledged not once but twice you lose all integrity. You will never get that integrity back. You are young. There will be many years to run for Mayor. For now, keep your word - you may need it someday.
