    Comments: Bell needs to decide if they're going to support the Pre or not. If not, tell us so we can make an informed decision. Bell needs to communicate the status of updates better. If a major update is being delayed to fix bugs, tell us!

    Comments: I bought the Pre based on statements from both the Bell customer reps, and Palm, that the paid app catalogue would be arriving soon...... It has NOT!!! There has been zero communication from Bell on this issue. The webos updates are delayed for no apparently verifiable reason.....the 1.4 release was delayed so that a fix to MMS could be done, and then released with no fix....so why the delay....Bell is lying to us. I did not buy a smartphone so that all I could do would be to make phone calls. FIX THIS ISSUE NOW!!!

    Comments: Without any official word on these outstanding issues, whether they're the responsibility of the manufacturer or our carrier, what are we to think? Feeling like we've been left out in the cold, and for me personally, after signing a 3 year contract to get the phone. A mistake I won't be making again.

    Comments: I hear so many things are bad about the Bell Palm Pre from my friend. He goes on and on about paid apps catalogue, how update are too late. He loves his phone and I want to get one too but all the negative things I hear I am leaning more to a nokia phone. If there was not too many issues with Bell Palm Pre I will buy a pre for sure.

    Comments: I'm on Bell's network and I own a PRE as well. I hate the fact that all the apps available to me suck. I want paid APPS so I have more options in terms to apps I want to pay for and put on my phone rather than the free crappy apps. Cmon Bell. Time to set up on ur game and listen to your customers. When will u listen to your customers?

J'ADORE le palm pre mais je reste toujours sur ma faim quand il y a quelque chose de nouveau et que je doits attendre éternelement longtemps pour en profiter enfin !!! Bell tu est "slow" !!! Le iphone va mourrir ! Lâche le ! et concentre toi sur le futur pas le passé ! Palm et Android sont les gagnants futur ! Les dépenses d'énergie a la bonne place font un bon rendement !!! ps: "fibe" tv est surement bientôt la bonne voie comme google l'a compris avec la vitesse data prochaine ! Mais c'est surement pas le même département...

Therefore, I hope we'll get them before it's time to change for a new phone... with another carrier... I would also like to see Bell Mobility stop blocking access to the RadioTime app. which can be downloaded but can't be used.

    Comments: I am a subscriber to bell mobility. I feel rather cheated on purchasing the palm pre. along with what this petiton outlines, I was also victim to the horrible warranty process in replacing my faulty pre. After 2 months of run around, they did replace it, but with one of lesser quality. This will be the last palm product I purchase, and last time bell gets this person as a subscriber once this contract with them ends. It may be a good price to bait you, but the headaches are just not worth it.

    Comments: The delay in updates and paid apps in Canada is unacceptable, I find it hard to believe I have been carrying this handset for over 6 months and I'm still waiting to have paid apps as well as checking over and over for updates that are released but take extra time to hit Canada, Get it together Bell, the Palm Pre is an excellent device, keep on top of it and web os, quit passing the buck, give us proper answers to our questions and the actual dates that we will get an update so I can stop waiting in anticipation.

    Comments: I love the pre....but hate the second class treatment and lack of updates from Bell for a phone I had to get a 3 year paln with......give our Pre's the tools to maximize it's potenial and shine. You'll give us the reasone to show off our devices and market the phone via word of mouth and grass roots if we have to.....enough is enough! Your still exclusive to palm.....run with it now!!!
