This petition is for Mrs. Belinda Patrick of the Housing Department of Tuskegee University. Many students have had various issues with her and the choices she have made concerning students' living situations. Mrs. Patrick's choice of actions during theses instances have determined that she shows no sympathy for those who are less fortunate or are without any other options at that given time. For example, one student's encounter with her evolved the student not being financially cleared for school before classes started. Therefore, was not able to gather his clothes and belongings that were within the apartments on campus. This student was for out of state, and had no other place to rest in the meantime while attempting to get cleared for school. Instead of allowing the student to gather and move his belongings or assisting in getting the student situated, she threatens to have the campus police arrest him for wrongfully entering (roommates), and charges a number of large fines in the students name. She shows no compassion towards the students and their situations or circumstances. There are plenty of other cases where her judgement and decision are totally profound. If you are a student of Tuskegee University and have had any problems from the Housing Department or Mrs. Belinda Patrick, please sign this petition so that no more students will have to endure the cruel and stubborn authority of Belinda Patrick. Most students trashy standard prior to 2012 should know of her very well, and inspire them to sign and share there experience in the comments below. I have no set goal for signatures; I would just like to connect with students in similar situations and rid Tuskegee University of this woman's authority to make such decisions causing stress and uncertainties for students.
