Petitioning the Independent Police Complaints Commission of the United Kingdom:
We, the concerned citizens of the world, believe the children "P" & "Q" when they bravely testified regarding the abuse they sustained at the hand of their father, Mr. Dearman and his associates.
We do not feel the investigation was carried out properly and lacks many industry-standard cross checks. The children were brave enough to speak out, we must be brave enough to listen to and act upon their testimonies of abuse.
We, as moral human beings, are concerned not only for the children of Ella Gareeva, but for the many children "P" & "Q" testified were also being abused. We do not feel their well-being has been considered. "P" & "Q" testified the other children and adults in the abuse network had identifying marks and tattoos that were never investigated. Initial evidence was concealed by investigating officers and never heard in court.
Dr. D. Hodes medical examinations of the children were on 15th and 16th September 2014, after the children were “taken into care”. During the police investigation, Dr Hodes prepared 3 reports dated 15th, 16th and 22nd September 2014, respectively. What these reports show is consistent with the children's allegations by a very competent and accomplished NHS physician.
Allegations by the children need to be investigated properly, as well as the cover up by the local authority, the family courts, court of appeal, the malicious prosecution and harassment of whistle-blowers and supporters who seek justice. This case was never heard in a criminal court of justice, instead was only heard in a secret family court, yet this case was not a custody hearing.
We live in a strange world today where those that desire to protect children are being harassed and hunted by the authorities while the abusers of children are being vigorously protected. Is this the future we want for our children?

We want a full an proper investigation by a bonafied qualified police inspector . We believe the children , we want to be able to trust our services for us to do this they need to be seen to be upholding the law an protecting our children from abuse . We see this has not been the case in many instances this need to change .
No way can two children be that specific in detail and then not believed. The Drs report details abuse so why was there no proper investigation......all in it together. Time to blow the lid on this and get the children back to their mum now
What is despicable is that these 2 children are not with their mother who they described as kind, they were brave enough to speak out and the system treated them appallingly. Shame on the UK

I have followed all of the witness testimonials and it is clear to me that they know what they went through. Sickening how they even became somewhat desensitized to it. The cycle never breaks when children are this damaged and grow up to become perpetrators themselves.
