Martin University is the only black college located in Indpls,In. I have been attending Martin University since 2009. I have seen a great deal of changes associatedwith the students and faculty. We have a 17% graduation rate. Martin fails to give students the appropriate gratitude to keep students attending. Every semester there is another reason why we are being charged ridiculous charges. Students continue to complain about the inconsistencies and the opportunity to go no where when it comes to graduating. When students try to address issues they are having with Student affairs are request are ignored. Things are seeming to get worst and students and myself that attend Martin just want our voices to be heard. How can we ever expect African Americans to get a degree if the school their attending is only worried about the income they receive from students attending. Please we honestly need the help to have our voices heard. I don't want to leave Martin and give up. I'm hoping we get these issues addressed so our graduation rate changes. Which will help Martin help there students reach further for there goals. I have tried repeatly to have my voice heard but I'm getting nowhere. But those who come together become stronger. Please the students at Martin University need to be acknowledge and helped when it comes to furthering our education at Martin University. Thank you for your time and consideration. Amber Patterson
