Name: Anonymous on May 25, 2010Comments: The salesman said at the time when i purchased this phone would be getting the update. Now i understand that we are not getting it. I have been with Tmobile since it was voice stream and this is the worst customer service act i have experienced. Samsung needs to step up an fix the issue. Even in the release videos talked about getting update. If i have to purchase another phone it probably wont be with T MobileFlag

Name: Hussein Assaf on May 25, 2010Comments: Samsung needs to be honest and truthful to their word. The only reason I bought this phone was the 2.0 update promise. This phone is worthless crap in its 1.5 version, full of bugs and frustratingly lagging. Please BOYCOTT Samsung until they change their attitude towards their customer base. I for one will never ever buy a Samsung product again.Flag

I paid full price for this phone when it first came out, and I would have waited for a better phone to come along (like the Nexus One) if I hadn't believed Samsung's "we'll upgrade to 2.x" statements.Flag

Name: Paul Lennon on May 26, 2010Comments: I waited a long time for this phone to arrive. It had superior specifications, great screen, size and the promise of future Android versions. Android is now on its fourth upgrade, V2.2 and Samsung has yet to offer a single OS upgrade. One of the major benefits of Android was that the OS was upgradable. It appears Samsung is more of an appliance company than a consumer oriented electronics company.Flag

Name: Berlon Burch on May 26, 2010Comments: I to was mislead into beleiving that the Behold 2 would be upgraded to Android 2.X and this was the deciding factor in entering into a contract with my wireless carrier and upgrading to the handset. I agree with the above statement and do feel I am entitled to fair and just compensation based on false and deceptive advertising.Flag

We want the update, not a flashy outdated phone! I will cancel my tmobile contract and never support Samsung ever again if I do not get my stock up date for my samsung behold II.Flag

Samsung is doing bad business, and if no updates comes then i will never purchase another samsung device.Flag

Name: Carmen on May 26, 2010Comments: I agree and am astonished that Samsung would go to such measures and literally lie to their consumers in order to sell a product that they had no intentions to follow up with. The main selling point for me on the behold ll was that I would eventually receive an upgrade to the 2.x firmware and I am very disappointed in Samsung and will never buy another product manufactured by them again and I would advise everyone I know to steer away as well unless they update the behold ll .Flag
