Name: Cristhian M on May 25, 2010Comments: Simple and to the point.. You advertise support forbthe Samsung behold II and now we customers that purchased this phone recently are getting tossed aside by leaving us with android 1.5. That is not acceptable as one of the key motivators for my purchase was the advertisement on YouTube where a Samsung Rep states the behold 2 will receive the update. I'm also a long time Samsung consumer but the way things look I'd rather pay full price for another brand than upgrade to your galaxy s. Please resolve this or you will have a class action suit to worry about.Flag

Other Samsung phones which share nearly the same release date are receiving ongoing support yet the behold 2 is left for dead.Flag

Name: Brian Schenk on May 25, 2010Comments: this phone could be amazing, if Samsung would stop neglecting all of the customers who purchased it. The hardware specs are greater than those who already have 2.1 confirmed (first generation android at least) and it is most unfair that one of the most expensive and higher spec'd phones receives no support and no upgrades to higher firmware.Flag

Name: Patrick De Los Santos on May 25, 2010Comments: I bought this phone based on the verbal assurance of the T-Mobile representative and the commercial I saw about the Behold 2 getting Android 2.x update in the 1Q of 2010. I'm a patient person but when I found out it's not getting the said update, I felt that it was false advertising.Flag

If guys with programming as a hobby can put out rom's for this phone I'm sure you guys can do a bit better... Not buying anything Samsung from here on out, you were my top electronics company until now.Flag

Name: Matthew Willson on May 25, 2010Comments: I have also been duped by Samsung as I bought the phone based on there advertisements that we would be getting upgraded to the 2.x android os. After hearing that they are letting all those who purchased the phone abandoned and left wondering why. I will no long purschase nor support anything that Samsung comes out with. I will also let everyone know what kind of company they really are.Flag

Name: Chris Murray on May 25, 2010Comments: I bought this phone for its hardware--it is a beautiful device. I knew that the phone had the out-dated 1.5 version of Android's operating system, but I was convinced--due to Samsung's own promotional videos--that the Behold 2 would receive an upgrade to at least Android 2.0. Samsung, please hold true to your promise, or you will lose yet another customer.Flag

Trust me we would rather spend our day playing with our up to date phone hyping it up cuz it will run 2.1 just fine!!! Than sitting here trying to get what we were promised.Flag

Name: Paul Metzler on May 25, 2010Comments: I only got this phone because I thought it was going to get 2.1 for sure! Even thought it only had 1.5. I got this one and sold my G1 which at the time had 1.6, so going to 1.5 was a downgrade, but I didn't mind because I expected an update passed 1.6. :(Flag
