The petition


On January 8-2002 President Bush signed into law the no child left behind act. the problem with this act is that if you child's school recives a passing grade you child is left behind. This act does not help children when the school district they are in has the passing grade. what about the children who's parents are low income and can not afford the tutoring for the child? This Needs to Change, My Question to you and the govenment is how can it be called no child left behind when it does not help all children? Children are the future of this country lets make it a better place for them to learn.

I am a mother of Two young men who are in school and need extra help and because the school district is getting a passing grade my children are left behind and failing as is many children in the district and i can not afford to pay a toutor and all my bills also.
