Comments: it is just not fair, currently i share a 3 bedroom with my 19 year old son, the 2 metre square box they call a bedroom will cost me 14% of my housing benefit... my other 6'5'' son cannot move back in because the room is way too small for him, and he has his own flat anyway... there are no 2 bed properties with lesser rent for me to downsize to, and even if there were, my son may opt to move out in a few years anyway, leaving me yet over-occupied again... the moving costs, the decorating costs etc i cannot afford, i have no choice but to stay put for now and pay this tax... considering the forthcoming abolishment of Council Tax Benefit, i will not have money for heat or food... i have never felt so insecure in all of my life.

Comments: as being a pensioner and disabled living in the same house for 35 years and because old and sick i am now charged for the pleasure? is this law against my human rights and civil liberties or are we giving up our houses for the half a million immigrants coming in with bigger families we should take this law to the eu and spend some of our tax money after all we don't{can't} have a say in our own land anymore may be i should leave and come back in on the back of a lorry and start again.

Comments: What about all the elderly people that have brought their families up and lived in the same home for many many years, then they have to be turfed out to somewhere that they don't want to be and it will make them very unhappy and depressed, it is a disgraceful way to treat people.
