We, the undersigned believe that democracy matters. We ask you, our newly elected MP, to take into account the views of your constituents, who call for change, and call for fairness. Our current system is unfair; one vote does not always count for one vote, peoples votes do not count equally. Our election caused thousands of voices to be silenced, something which is fundamentally undemocratic. We call for the end of our compromised democracy, and for you to support a referendum which will make our voices heard. We call for true democracy in the form of proportional representation.
