Thanks for the great job you've done! One thing our kids all remember is 6th grade camp. From the schools to Camp Wyoming you've made a difference in alot of lives!

Bill, Gary and I have heard so many wonderful things about your programs and things you have done for the children of Bettendorf.
Nick did not attend school in Bettendorf, but when Gary taught at NS Jr High, he took students to the Boundary Waters. He observed the many benefits and saw the growth and positive changes the experience brought to so many of the students.
And to Ann, you too have been a postive influence at school and also at Bettendorf Presbyterian Church. There are so many things, Sunday School, Logos, PW --and I think you know very special to me are Gilded Pages, Heart to Hand and 3rd Saturday Club.
Thank you both for all you have done and are doing.

My daughter did not start Bettendorf Schools until Middle School. Prior to that she was at a parochial school. She grew so much in so many ways in those three years. the highlight of which was the outings they took every year. My little princess had never camped or done anything without primping and fussing. When she came home from the week long camp, she was so excited. Not only had she had the time of her life, but she reported she had only taken one shower and discovered life could go on if you were dirty and just threw your hair up in a pony tail. She was involved in plenty of extracurricular activities but this always took the cake. For some kids, yes even in Bettendorf, Bill's programs open up so much, please don't take this away from our children. After all, they need to know that life goes beyond computers, play stations and televisions. If Bill doesn't teach this, who will

Our children, Kathleen, Tricia and David were fortunate to have you as their outdoor instructor. They all looked forward to Middle School Camp in the Spring and the Fall.
