    Comments: Yes, we agree lets keep Basketball hoops & no HOA Increase! BUT while we need to keep our Kids busy playing sports its the parents responsibility to tell kids to keep the Basketball/Tennis courts clean, unvandalized, etc.. most of us cannot afford an increase in our HOA fees, so hopefully we have enough signatures!!

    Comments: I am signing this petition because I believe that it was unfair for the homeowner's association to attach the behavior of a few teenagers to the sport of basketball, while the letter also explained that the teens were being mischievous at the pool as well, but there were not any repercussions for that. My family and I enjoyed using the basketball courts for recreation, I believe that the HOA's actions were reckless and bias to the sport of basketball.

    Comments: 2745 Eagle Canyon Dr. S. I am willing to give the kids a second chance as long as they follow the rules and pick up after themselves as well as us not getting a HOA increase. I do agree with the Security Committee regarding putting up the doors with locks to be opened and clothes by them. I had thought that they where given a second chance when I saw the the hoops where still up before I left to NY.
