I have been spending my afternoons watching kids play on the grass and thinking about how much a proper court would change their daily routine. People have reached out to tell me their own stories about needing a real place to play in this neighborhood. I am currently reaching out to local representatives to discuss where we can carve out this space.

Seeing this kind of movement confirms everything I felt when I started this because the need for a court in our neighborhood is clearly shared by so many neighbors. This energy shows our community is ready to invest in young people and I am grateful to everyone who helped us reach this point.

we need something to do near the leisure centre!! tired of walking forever just to shoot some hoops. bring it on

Ok, we've had a bit of a problem with people trying to mess up the petition. Even if you mean well, please don't sign the petition multiple times under fake names. It undermines the integrity of the petition.
