Imagine going years without a pay increase, just to hold on to affordable health care for yourself and your family. Now imagine, after all that time, management suddenly breaks the deal. That\'s the reality for employees of the Bashas\' grocery stores: Bashas\', A.J.\'s and Food City. Now even veteran employees, men and women called \"members\" of Bashas\' corporate family are being asked to pay steep health insurance premiums while still going without the pay raises they deserve.
