I want to make this petition to Barclays to remove racist people as their staff members.

Recently, I had some issue with my account in Barclays bank and I had to make call to get this matter discuss. My call was answered in call-centre in India and staff members "Hansabahn" and "Hatish Chohan" make fun of me for being "Muslim and Pakistani". Abusive and foul words were used more than once.
I raised the complain to Financial Ombudsman and Barclays confirm to them in writing that "unprofessional comments" were made but refuse to take any action against these 2 particular staff members.
These comments are illegal as per UK law of Race Discrimination Act 1976. Barclays is committing a crime by keeping those two people as their staff members.
I want to ask Barclays to announce removal of these staff who made such comments and make sure no one else receive such comments again in future. An apology does not mean anything, I want to see the termination letter for these racist people.
