| 203 | Raymond Wharton | Mr.Hoffman:
I wanted to take a very few seconds to emphasize my support for keeping an icon such as Ms. Ciara at WTKR-TV. I can recall as a very young man in the eighties watching Ms. Ciara do the early news. As a young man I wasn't at the time particularly interested in the news, but because of Ms. Ciara's presence and friendly presentation watching the local news became an integral part of my daily preparation for work. I have followed the news with Ms. Ciara, on all channels, because I have come to respect her integrity and indepth knowledge of our community.
I hope this note will convey to you, at least, my feelings concerning an important community asset. |
