The recent changes to the Bar Library email system have made the system not fit for purpose. Issues include lost emails, unsent emails without notification and inability to open or send attachments. All these issues have a significant impact on individual counsel's practice. At present there are not enough staff to deal with and resolve the numerous issues arising on a daily basis. We ask that immediate resources are put in place to resolve these issues
