This is an “only NO of Farmer” think about that’s death happened due to eating of unsafe food (GM food).

In India, 13 Chief Minister given statement to Pry Minister India that they ban BT Brinjal and other BT crop in their State. Surprising, Why Maharashtra Chief Minister MUM on GM FOOD?

State Government and Central Government have needed to take adequate care of Farmer’s Seed Sovereignty Right, Safe food for nation, Safety of environment, biodiversity, animal, land and Water. Until testing of GM SEED through transparent and impartial System, does not release for commercial cultivation. Please to avoids the risk of creating monopoly of multinational company on seed.

The GM Technology especially in agriculture Sector, Government of INDIA is planning to pass yet another  legislation “to bulldoze the public opinion by Enacting the national Biotechnology regulatory Act 2009 and to enforce the draconian legislation a NATIONAL BIOTECHONOLOGY REGULATORY AUTHORITY” with all evil powers is being set-up. To help the farmer for Seed Production, Protection and Conservation will bring under control of Farmer. So that nobody can able to create their monopoly on seed. Moreover, it will protect biodiversity of India forever.

In Nut Shell:

       Hon’ble Chief Minister Please OPPOSE GENITIC MODIFFIED FOOD IN MAHARASHTRA and declared “BAN ON GM CROP” in Maharashtra.

       OPPOSE DRAFT NATIONAL BIOTECHNOLOGY REGULATORY ACT.

       OPPOSE DRAFT NATIONAL BIOTECHNOLOGY REGULATORY AUTHORITY

       OPPOSE ANY SUCH EFFORTS OF TRANSANATIONAL OR INDIA ESTABLISHMENT THAT BEREAEVS THE FARMERS RIGHT TO PLANT GENETIC RESOURCES.
