Dear Middlesbrough Football Club Please stop playing music after Boro score. It completely spoils the atmosphere. Growing numbers of people complain about it and feel the time has come to drop this and go back to the way things were. Its just Americanised rubbish and doesnt add anything to the atmosphere. When the away team scores it backfires on us so please put an end to this. It would really make a lot of supporters happy. Thanks

I have been reading through the comments and it is clear that so many of you share my frustration with the manufactured noise at the Riverside. We are currently working on a way to get these concerns brought directly to the people in charge of game day operations.

Seeing so many of you agree on this confirms that the soul of our matchday experience is fading away due to these tunes. Being back at the Riverside and hearing actual honest noise from the stands is all anyone wants.

Completely agree. Used to be about the roar of the crowd not some loud pop song blaring out. Get rid of it.
