We the undersigned propose to raise funding and support for commencing civil proceedings in the UK courts suing the directors, senior management and other persons in the banking and pensions industry in the UK for gross negligence in exercising the duty of care owed to the shareholders of their institutions which has given rise to directly damage by loss of value to shareholders and indirectly to stakeholders and policyholders in UK pensions.
