I have a variable interest and 4option arm loan. Bank of America denied modification. Faxed and mailed loan packages to bank of America I keep calling once a week later once a month and a year later after submit paper bank of America said to me over the phone they never received it. Then a few months after that they send me a letter of loan modification denial... I lost my job since 07/2010. On March of 2012 Got diagnose with Cancer and Last December 2012...I re submitted a loan modification Loan package and Today January 22 I received a letter of denial. Please tell bank of America to do the right thing and help our families in need to keep our homes. Lower our mortgage, the term and the interest rate.
