Abolish the eath penalty because I believe: 1) there is a risk of executing innocent persons; 2) there is discrimination on the basis of race, ethnicity, geography or economic status, and/or 3) the death penalty system is too expensive and the money could be better spent on education, healthcare, child abuse prevention, victums services, or public safety programs. 4) is not a deterent to crime, and 5) is a cruel and unusual punishment."
