I feel that the OGT's should be banded because students should not have to do it if they passed their classes and got their credits for the classes. And passing their final exam for their last year should be enough to graduate. Students have enough to worry about in their senior year than to constantly take tests, especially if some of the questions on the tests have not been taught in school.
