Comments: How can you ask someone to destroy something so lovely. Worry about true violations like Buicks on blocks or residents that refuse to pay their dues.

Comments: I don't think the flower garden and banana tree on Deb's property qualifies as an architectural structure . I Think it beautifies the area and her home. Why destroy something as beautiful as this garden is in the spring and summer It doesn't sound like legitimate reasoning to me.

Comments: This seems to be an extreme measure. I think they are overreacting. Is this typical of a generic-America approach, where individual expression takes second place to bland conformity

Comments: I support the use of private gardens in condominium and townhouse complexes. So long as the garden isn't hurting anyone else it should be allowed to stay. Unless of course the management is willing to fund a landscaping project to beautify the area. Gardens bring beauty, peace and a sense that the living area is well cared for and loved. Take away a garden and you take away part of the heart of the gardener. Please reconsider. Look for a way to negotiate a solution that works for everyone. Trina

Comments: How does the destruction of a beautiful garden, complete with magnificent tree, contribute to "the common good and general welfare of the residents", as mentioned in Article III, Section 3.01 I stand firmly at the side of the homeowner who wishes to leave her creation intact.

Comments: Save the banana tree. They are beautiful. A person should be able to garden as they wish in their own yard. Too many rules just causes havoc for everybody. Let the ones that don't want neighbors and neighbor's doings, move to the country.
