VLT's are ruining too many people's lives in Nova Scotia and the Gorvernment does not care. They keep saying that they have several programs for people who require help. For one example, their latest attempt at providing help is that they have put in place the requirement to use a personally coded card in order to play VLT's. You can walk into any bar that has VLT's and ask for a card that the bar has coded and proceed to play the VLT's. Just another way that Atlantic Lottery has spent millios of dollars on yet another thing that does not and will not work at curtailing people from playing the VLT's and ruining their lives and lives of others.
