Food can be your friend as long as you know what's in it, but the use of unlicenced '5-a-day' logos (not the official government logo that shows compliance with nutrition standards) should be banned because food manufacturers mislead the buyer into believing that foods are healthy when they're full of fat, sugar and salt. I've also designed a new logo that would have '1 of' or '2 of' in front of it. It can be seen here.
