Infact I propose a there should be an avenue of iron gibbet cages at the entrance to all major venues where the bound and shaven headed offenders should be suspended alive. Having first been covered in honey and bird seed, the punishment would then be in the hands of the passing public, birds, animals and insects. If after 30 days the scumbag had managed to survive and had not had his eyes pecked out by crows, he could be relased back into the community ......completely rehabilitated :o)Flag
