Ban the use of credit scores to qualify for a primary residence in California.

The citizens of California need to eliminate the use of credit scores when it comes to applying for financing only for a primary residence in the State of California

There are a lot of families in the State of California that can financially handle the responsibilities of home ownership but they are being segregated by lower credit scores and are forced to rent at levels equal to or greater than the cost of home ownership.

The current credit scoring model is used as a control process to keep good people away from the dream of home ownership.

By removing the use of credit scores as part of the qualification process for home financing, this will allow more people the opportunity to achieve the dream of home ownership, thus putting more money back into the economy.

2 years ago Comments: I think you know how I feel about you and your family, and, of coruse, none of my feelings are linked to intelligence :D. Rather my feelings stem from what we have in common, and what we dont. They are connected to the way you and Jason were there for me a few years ago when I needed you. Its because you continue to be my strong friend who reminds me to read more, to write more, and that I can be who I want to be, because I admire that in you. I realize everyone who reads your blog could tell you all your wonderful points, and it still wont help you change your own "orientation", but I think it is important for you to hear how others think of you.PS- and you KNOW how I feel about standardized tests as the one time measure of a larger future... ;)
