The term "bang" should be banned when used in talking about MMA. It sends the wrong message for possible new fans or young children. Terms like "We're going to go out in the centre and just bang", "I just wanna bang", "When I bang, I bang hard", or "I'm gonna bang his mouth so hard it'll bleed". See, that's just nasty. What about the children?! Won't somebody please think of the children?!
