People of Non English Origin should no longer be allowed to be forbidden the use of the herb, Marijuana. It is unlawful as descendent of those - who not chemically altered these one's sacred plants and herbs - but as an descendent of those Native to Prehispanic and Pre-colonizer, who used these herbs and plants for sacred healing rituals and spiritual cleansing. Scientist and Researchers, many due to government funding, have proven study after study the healing potent properties these herbs have and how they are beneficial. Even still they insist on making a a natural earthly plant illegal because it doesn't profit drug corporations and the health care drug associations & pharmaceutical business. I want to inhale herbs when I am experiencing body pain and a woman would like to inhale when she is experiencing woman menstrual pains or whenever our natural hueman body decides on indulging on a relaxing natural substance unlike the clinical studies the FDA approves that later show up on lawyers class lawsuit commercials where people can get paid for taking a drug that later caused them terrifying side affects like violence outburst, hallucinating, eating disorders, memory loss as in operating a vehicle and not recalling and sometimes even fatal cases and deaths. The FDA continues to approve these drugs that are testing the public for side affect results. I do not want my hueman body to be experimental by relying on chemically made made drugs when all I could do is smoke a potent 100% compatible to my hueman body organ. I reject the ban on banning marijuana usage. Since, Scientific and Independent testings and experiments have proven over and over that there has never been a death or cancer association with this herb, unlike the legal killing machine products - that pollute the air, environment and species health. They have even extended the selling of Alcohol and cigarettes to 7 days a week. Tobacco also was used as a sacred plant until the settlers got a hold of it and added chemicals that will later kill millions, yearly, inhaling it as well as those standbys inhaling the same toxic air. Tobacco was smoked pure, like the marijuana herb we allow them to continue to ban. This senseless practice act of racism, oppressing the native descendents of Native who used marijuana not only to cure illness and diseases, even some brought over by Anglo colonizers, but also for spiritual reasons. The marijuana herb to us, those indigenous descendents of Mexica tribe natives and Mayans of Olmec ancestry, those black and brown, in the North Continent including Mexico and Canada; should not have to forfeit our natural human being rights which is utilizing our ancestral plants and herbs we consider part of our own spiritual rights. The use of Herbs and plants to us, is like the bible and the cross that is used in Missionaries Religion and worships. Since BC, before my Ancestors contact with whites, hemp has been inhaled by our people. Marijuana is self explanatory no more asking to smoke our herbs and plants. Ban Marijuana, Ban Cigarettes and Alcohol! The Ban on Marijuana is meddling in our health as we move into Obama Care. We reject this Mandatory healthcare system as we are not physically the same as proven by The Melanin Substance. We reject the healthcare systematic way of curing hueman beings health and we lift the ban prohibiting Marijuana used by Indigenous black and brown people in America in the North Continent including Mexico and Canada citizens.
