Definition of Sweatshops; A factory or workshop in the clothing industry, where manual workers are employed at very low wages for long hours and under poor conditions. Does this sound ideal to you? How are you supposed to support your family on such a pitiful wage? The facilities are very poor and damaging to the workers health. Employees are subjected to vile and offensive abuse at the hands of their bosses. The very name sweatshops is degrading in itself. Laws are continously broken and the law- breakers are not punished. Sweatshops violate human rights and the victims are forced to put up with the abuse because they need the job, however poorly it pays, to sustain their life. Would you like this to happen to you?
