Within the My Candy Love community, especially the role play section, I have noticed a rather disgusting amount of pregnancy in role plays. Particularly, this occurred with characters who are barely even of age. I believe that not only is such a topic extremely uncomfortable, but it also promotes teenage pregnancy and disobeys the community guidelines. On this website there are a lot of young, vulnerable girls. These girls will join these role plays because they do not know any better, and suddenly be exposed to inaccurate representations of pregnancy. This promotes the spread of misinformation, as the ways the role plays are portrayed is distorted and not very factual.

These young girls could and would be exposed to inaccurate representations of pregnancy and could be coerced into doing the same in real life. They are made to think that having children at an earlier age would be fun or easy, when in reality, if you are not financially stable or ready to be a parent, having a child would not be the best option. Topics that are deemed inappropriate for the forum include graphic depictions of violence and any smut related activities. These are topics that would make some viewers uncomfortable, and are therefore taken into the PMs or blacked out. Pregnancy is kind of a constant reminder of what two characters have done together, and when characters are not even of age, it can make certain people extremely uncomfortable because teenage pregnancy is an issue in society, and often people will know individuals who are in that uncompromising situation, and they will know that it's not a simple matter that should be glorified or taken very lightly.

I do not want to be exposed to people who are not educated about such matters when role playing pregnancy and promoting these messages. Therefore, I petition to ban pregnancy within role plays on my candy love. Do not get me wrong. I don't think a character having children all together is wrong, but I do believe that role playing the stages of pregnancy is inappropriate, especially when it's taken so lightly. For this reason, unite to eliminate this topic from the my candy love role play section
