The use of Plastic bags is out of control in retail stores. These stores give out a plastic bags to every customer that buys anything. People on average only use these bags for an average of 20 minutes before they are thrown away and never thought about again. This petition is to make a move for the better and get plastic bag use under control within colorado springs. This would hope to stop the use of free plastic bags to help move toward a more sustainable Earth.
