Recently 15 year-oldTaylor Santos, was spanked by her male Vice Principle, Kirt Shaw, at Springtown Independent School District.  Taylor had been accused of allowing another student to copy her homework, (to which she still maintains her innocence,) and requested to be spanked, instead of to receive a two day in-school suspension, as she is a highly conscientious student who did not want to miss any class.  She requested this as she assumed that her school's policy at the time would be followed: that only women are allowed to spank teenage girls.  However, her Vice Principle, Kirt Shaw proceeded to spank her to the point that she was covered with welts and blisters.  Later, when Taylor's mother called, the Vice Principle claimed to have been unaware of his own school's disciplinary policy, despite the fact that he is in charge of discipline at this school.
