Lady Bella is one of the most notorious thieves on Roleplayer.me. She's immature, she doesn't follow the rules, and she ruins everyone else's experience on this site. People need layouts, and sites like Got a Secret? Premades don't even want to offer things anymore because they're afraid that this one individual will take another one of their layouts. She's been blacklisted and blocked on NUMEROUS occasions, and everybody is sick of her! We want her IP address blocked so Lady Bella can no longer ruin our experience on this site. It's not fair for us to suffer because of her actions.
