Homework is lowering students grades because most kids dont understandthe lesson in class since the teacher spends 15 minutes checking homework rather than explaining the lesson more. Also it stresses both teachers and students and keeps them away from family. Plus, statistics and articles show since one school banned homework, grades have improved by 80% on quizzes and schoolwork. Not to mention most homework is busywork and does not improve kids learning abilities and makes homework a chore not a learning experience, so stop stunting our educational growth and ban homework now! Also if some kids have trouble they can go to teachers for extra assignments and help. Also a saver of paper,being good for the environment.
