Comments: Please cease allowing the Chinese manufacturers of the electronic cigarette to attend U.S. trade shows. They are circumventing the U.S. firms that have built their businesses.

Comments: As a small e-cig distributor, we have many dollars & hours invested in promoting our particular brands of e-cigs and are angry that Chinese manufacturers are attempting to circumvent our efforts by offering a direct go-to source for our customers! Please help! Thank you.

Comments: Manufactures have done a great deal of dilution to our distribution over the past couple years. Attending our trade shows, sending emails soliciting our current wholesale accounts. It would be greatly appreciated if they were to stop selling directly to our accounts that we have worked so hard to acquire. We have spend a lot of resources getting our accounts and for our suppliers to circumvent is absolutely absurd! It's one thing for our wholesale accounts to find our suppliers and go direct, but it's absolutely WRONG on all levels for manufactures to go directly to our accounts. At the end of the day they are buying from them anyways!

Comments: Officials said there were enough of those red soles to add up to a suggested retail value of $18 million, an unbelievable profit. The original shoe is made in Italy,” said chief CBP officer Guillermina Escobar. “Once we saw it was coming in from China, we knew there was a problem with the shipment.Officials took pictures of the shoes and consulted with the trademark holder to authenticate the shoe. Once they learned they were counterfeit, the hot commodities were taken off the black market and placed into the border patrol’s possession.Had the shoes slipped through the cracks, Escobar said, they would likely have been sold on illegitimate websites and underground outlets, some of which may fail to mention the shoes are counterfeits. christian louboutin shoes uk http://welikesexyshoes.webstarts.com/

Comments: The U.S. Appeals Court in Manhattan ruled today that Louboutin’s red sole is entitled to limited trademark protection, extending only to a red lacquered outer sole that contrasts with the color of the rest of the shoe and not to shoes that are monochromatically red. The judges affirmed the lower court’s denial of the injunction against Yves Saint Laurent and sent the case back to the trial judge. cheap red bottom shoes http://buyredbottomshoes.webs.com/
