This is a petition because of the large amount of rip off websites made across the internet where they are aloud to hide extra costs in the terms and conditions. Terms and conditions on more than many occasions are not always read which we know is not something we can use as an excuse but I think terms and conditions usually state how to stay within the law and usual behavior stuff so we know most of the general content of terms and conditions. However some website use terms and conditions to sell monthly subscriptions which is legal but would mean the reader may not have totally agreed to this term as they thought they were basic terms and conditions and went ahead and signed without reading. Many banks deal with these complaints all the times and usually if you tell your bank you have had money taken from your account that you didn't know about, they will tell you that they have had many similar complaints about such and such websites. We all know this is not honest to sell through terms and conditions. Especially when on the website in huge bold letter they advertise free trials or sometimes Free samples. I think it is about high time that a Ban is put on selling an item through terms and conditions and that any items and costs should be stated on the page with the usual cost of the item. This appears to look like a scam and it is a scam which ever way you look at it so please sign this petition and stop these thieves from taking money from peoples accounts who cannot afford their hidden costs. These are get rich quick schemes and robbing people. 9 times out of 10, the items for sale are not even worth £10 Just because someone doesn't read the terms and conditions does not mean their card should be charged and robber like this.
