I have a family member who is mentally ill and incarcerated. He is being refused by his public defender in Salinas to be tested for Psychiatric Lyme disease. This public defender is not a doctor nor is she a Psychiatric Lyme Expert.  Please help me with your signature to revoke this decision. Thank you very much, Deb Gutierrez
