Name: Sam Baldwin Of SnowSphere Magazine on Dec 11, 2006Comments: One wheelie bag takes up less volume than one wheelie bag and a suitcase. Why are we being penalised for being more efficient in our packingFlag

Name: Ian Davies on Dec 11, 2006Comments: theres too many differences between different airlines, and its strange that you have to take a suitcase aswell as your board bag, when its possible to gt all of your kit and clothes into the board bag, doesnt it make more sense to just carry the 1 bagFlag

Name: Andy Donnelly on Dec 12, 2006Comments: time for a change so its more clear what we have to pay and what we can carry. Expensive equipment that could get lost is costly to replace if you loose out coz the airline has a very grey area on the policy. I dont mind paying extra aslong as Im covered.Flag

Name: Charlie Eddington on Dec 12, 2006Comments: Having recently booked a flight with BMI baby I found out that I can't pre book my snowboard onto the flight but have to get it in 'subject to availability on the flight'. This worries me a lot, I don't want to end up not being able to take my snowboard on a snowboarding holiday!Flag

Name: Adam Crawford on Dec 12, 2006Comments: Ryan Air seem a particularly bad offender to me. Whilst they say in the small print on their website that their flights are inherantly unsuitable for the transportation of oversized luggage such as ski and snowboard bags, they overtly market certain flight routes at skiers and snowboarders. I would be happy to see fees stay as they are if airlines invested the difference into carbon neutrality and other activities to reverse the damage done to the environment by their flights.Flag
