Let's face it, a child does not need to be in jail with convicted murderes, they need diversity, other children around, education. I feel that this would be a form of child abuse. To convict a child due to their mother, to allow that child to serve time at such a young age will hinder that childs growth. We are looking at mayjor reporcutions for that child later on in years.
What is that childs cognative developement giong to be like, will there be serious phsycological damage?
I am sure there is a loving family who would concider taking this precious child. |

| 839 | Anonymous | its nice and all how they are to allow her to raise her baby in a condiminimum on prison grounds, but the fact that the matter is she is a criminal just like everyinwe else sentenced prison time and should have no special treament from any other convicted persons, even if they are pregnant and sentenced to 4 years in prison for manslaughter or whatever she done, thats why they have foster system's and other sources of actions as of parents, grand parents or any other able family memeber to care for the child while she does her time, even if she claimed to breast feed the child there is formula to compinsate. bottom lime is two thumbs down about raising any child on any prison grounds what so ever !! |
