Baby Andrew was born on 10/31/2014. He is a victim of child abuse and is fighting for life. Andrew has been in critical condition since early December. His grandparents Cynthia and Charles Owens have been by his side from day 1. They currently have a gofundme account to help with driving expenses as they are also missing work to be with him. Andrews mother is the only one who can make the decision on his health.
