Comments: I think this will call more attention to this issue. If there was a Teen Pregnancy Prevention day in schools, would there be speakers, activities, and education about preventing teen pregnancy and STD's and infections planned for this day This issue is probably the one issue that I am most interested in out of all the issues we have dealt with in our social work education thus far. I look at it as more of a preventative measure because by preventing pregnancies in teens, we are able to also prevent some of the negative things that can result from some teen pregnancies like: teens not finishing high school or going to college, potential child abuse, potential CPS situations (like foster care), potential STD's and sexually transmitted infections, etc. These are just a few of the results, as I'm sure you are aware. Good luck to both of you with your project. I think you picked a very worthy cause.

Comments: Sounds good that the teenager is informed. The problem is both sexes need to be informed and the parents, or other family are against it.
