Coles and Woolworths are you Australian The food on the shelves is all but alien. Aussie companies are being boned, the answer is simple remove foreign owned. To keep foreign owned destroys our jobs, you could be considered dumb, foolish or even knobs. C'mon mate its not to late, bring back Aussie we think its great. The message is simple to stop Australia being boned, we would love your shelves to be 100% Aussie made and owned.

Brendirane, Iraq3 years ago Comments: It is true that e-petitions only need to gain the aittnteon of a very small percentage of the population to reach the needed number of a 100,000 people to be considered for debate in the house of commons and it's also true that often the people who sign these petitions have very strong feeling on a subject and do not necessarily represent the feelings of the general public on a whole, but I would like to comment that in some places of the world such as Switzerland that petitions are only used to gauge if there in enough interest in a issue and if so to trigger a referendum, in which then the true feelings of the majority of are population are listened too. And if necessary to change laws that the voters do not conform to. So petitions on there own have limited use but if used in conjunction with other ways to assess public feeling they can be very powerful and give a voice to anybody and everybody that wishes to involved in there countries decision process.
