Name: Brandon Heldt on Dec 21, 2010Comments: This is overdue. Just look at any of the online battling communities. Many of the best players are Australians. The unofficial World Cup of Pokemon has even been won by Oceania back to back. We deserve an event.Flag

Name: Jon on Jan 19, 2011Comments: America and Japan have a huge response to Pokemon but Australia always seems to miss out. Whethers it is mystery events or competitions Australia is always left in the dark. I think that we do deserve a chance to battle amongst the other world greats but if not that much at least let us participate in organised competitions annually. Once every 3 or 5 years is not frequent enough for such a massive franchise.Flag

Comments: I am outraged that Aussies are banned from the VGC (Video Game Championships) yet they can still participate in the TCG (Trading Card Game Championships) which is stupid, Aussies should get a fair go at the games, which currently is only open to American, Japanese and European participants. Aussies love Pokemon too, almost just as much as the rest of the world. Let's hope Australia can make its debut in the next VGC.Flag -
