We, The people of Ireland demand that our right, as a nation, under the eyes of God be respected. To this end we believe that Aurther Guinness Day (SEPT 24th) should be recognized as a national holiday and for the Government of this republic to respect this wish and implement legislation to make provisions for this day to be celebrated in the same glorious light as ST Patrick's day.
