Reasons for rejecting Rails to Trails in the Town of Aurora: 1)Cost To Purchase - Tax Dollars 2)Cost To Construct- Tax Dollars 3)Cost To Maintain - Tax Dollars 4)Security - Tax Dollars 5)Privacy, Aesthetics, Safety, Property Values - the Rail Bed in question runs through and adjacent to the front and/or back yards of residents of the Town of Aurora, along it's entire length, and will severly impact the security, privacy and quality of life for those affected residents. 6)Denies adjacent land owners the opportunity to purchase this land and thereby denies Town Revenue By signing Petition I oppose Rails To Trails In the Town of Aurora.
